• 1/4 onion, chopped Preparation: Sauté the onion in the olive oil until softened and transparent. Add the red pepper, garlic, tomato, and spices and cook for another minute to release the flavours. Add the fish stock and tomato paste and bring to a boil. Drop in the fish and shrimp and simmer for about 10 minutes, until tender. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
